Another AT&T Saga

Once again time wasted talking to the useless "customer service" people at AT&T. They wouldnt know there ass from a hole in the ground! This problem has gone on WAY to long. Its been the same issue over and over. I keep being told everything is taking care of its all straightened out. What line of bull shit! Everything is still screwed up and they still want more money from me. I get sent a bill I pay the amount on the bill. So how do I owe more? I dont understand it. But I guess sending me copies of the old bills will help me WTF?????? They screwed up when we moved but somehow that is my fault. Their accounting department cant get the payments I send to the correct service departments once again my fault. I am so pissed off and angry at these people. It amazes me how they can still be in business. I plan on looking into other companies. I dont care if I have to have different bills from different places as long as I dont have to deal with AT&T anymore. I have had my cell phones with them for over 4 yrs but I dont want to give this unjust company anymore of my money. There are other cable companies there are many other cell phone companies. AT&T its time we part ways and yes its you not me!
