Why make things so difficult?
I just do not see why this billing issue is so hard for AT&T to figure out. They want to charge me for services I didnt have and want me to repay charges for services I already paid for. Its a hot mess! I use to like AT&T now not so much. I dont want anything for free from them, I just dont want to repay bills that I have already paid. It's really easy to keep track of your money when you dont have much of it. It's not like I am Bill Gates or Donald Trump. I know where every single penny of our money goes. I check our bank account daily, sometimes multiple times a day. I can not afford to have over draft fees. We need every single penny. My husband works hard to provide for our family. We pay our bills on time and in full. I just feel like these big companies take advantage of their customers. Most of the time its small over charges that no one really knows about, but then its like they see they got away with a few dollars in over charges and they go for more. We need to got back to the small Mom & Pop businesses they knew how to treat their customers. Big businesses only want to get bigger. And they do this by dangling that carrot in front of us "Free this or That" and we gobble it up. We are suckers for a "good deal" when in turn it isnt a deal at all. I have seen many of people have issues with AT&T and their "good deals". AT&T has had their internet "deal" but when the customer got their bill the was no "good deal" on it. They get the same run around I have gotten the "oh we will get that straightened out right away for you" then the next month's bill arrives and its still missing the "good deal". Its AT&T's way of doing business. I would like for these companies to be responsible for their wrong doings. I have made complaints to AT&T and the B.B.B. I really dont think it has done any good, but I can hope enough people will complain and drop service with them that maybe just maybe they can start doing business in the proper way. Treat customers with respect not attitude, give customers services that are worth the money they are paying, train their employees to do the job correctly. It's just simple things.
