when being nice bites you in the arse!

Nothing like getting up in the morning just getting a glass of pop and there is a knock at the door. Who would be knocking at my door????? An officers serving me a court summons for a health violation on my house. There are a few problems with this I didnt live here when the complaint was filed. I moved in days after I am not the owner of the house nor have I been since January. I moved out of this house March 3rd 2010. The complaint was filed May 26th 2011. Unless its that new math they got the wrong person. From what I have been told the "person" who stayed here from May 2010 to I believe Febuary 2011 has had many health violation brought against them. So now I get to waste my morning next week to go to court that has nothing to do with me. This is why I think its time to stop being nice and help people. There is always one that messes everything up for the group.
